Liberty Reserve - upgrading and gold backing

LibertyReserve is down. Again. This time it has nothing to do with DDoS attacks or any other trouble. They are upgrading their system and gold backing. At least according the latest post on their official blog:

Finishing all upgrades + gold backing.

We are happy to announce that we are finishing all the upgrades. We have installed all the physical equipment and testing it now.

Gold backing is now available as promised.

We expect to be finished before the end of the day (GMT-6).

It takes money to make money. BUT you can earn FREE money participating in Paid-to-Read, Paid-to-Promote, and Paid-to-Signup programs and invest earnings into HYIPs and Autosurfs to make more money.

This takes time, if you are not patient, you had better spend some cash and use it as a "seed money" - as soon as you get in profit, take your seed money out of the game and play with profits.

3. Never put all your money in one program, no matter how good it looks to you.
4. Do not get emotional, do not fall for sweet stories full of hype or lame excuses from admins. Think straight, do your maths, visit forums but beware of paid posters, don't trust Monitors.
5. Never keep large sums in any Payment Processor, no matter how good reputation they may have. Use more than one.
