This program is amazing - it is online for over a year now, had few hickups but everything was sorted out extremely efficiently. They have also a loan section so perhaps that could be considered as outside income. Lately picking up on popularity. I consider this one medium risk.

According to my personal experience - by far the best. As a free member you earn 4c per day (without referrals), 1c per click, first time min. cashout is $2 (grows by $1 thereafter). Payments are instant for free and upgraded members alike (which is not the case in other PTCs that claim to pay instantly - they only pay upgraded members instantly, and mostly they only pay upgraded members - free members usually only can redeem for ads).

Very reliable, I've been member for years now. Paying promptly, min. cashout is $2 and they are paying 3 times during the month. You get paid 0.5c per click and 1c per paid email. Number of ads is variable, ranging from 1 to 6 or more for PTC. Mails are rather scarse, not sent on a daily basis.

First thing you see when page loads is this:



Further down the front page you will read:


Unfortunately, that is not true. Instant pay has been disabled. When you click on "Standard payout" you will see this: "You must purchase something on the site before getting paid."

Therefore, they are misleading their membership: not only free members do not get paid instantly, they DO NOT GET PAID AT ALL! Free members can only redeem for ads.

But that is not all. On Feb. 1st TOS changed. Here is how they made the announcement (without bothering to mention disabled instant pay and inability for free members to cashout:
Hello members,

If you are a standard member and have not clicked within the last 24 hours your balance has been zeroed out. We have a cron job now that zeroes out balances every single day you must be able to click at least 1 ad a day in order to not have your balance zeroed out. Only way to avoid that is to upgrade.

I have now extended the upgrade to 365 days was 30 days for limited time.

All I can say in conclusion is: Neobux is still the only PTC site that pays INSTANTLY all members, free and paid equally!

It takes money to make money. BUT you can earn FREE money participating in Paid-to-Read, Paid-to-Promote, and Paid-to-Signup programs and invest earnings into HYIPs and Autosurfs to make more money.

This takes time, if you are not patient, you had better spend some cash and use it as a "seed money" - as soon as you get in profit, take your seed money out of the game and play with profits.

WARNING: Most (if not all) autosurfs and HYIPs are ponzy (fraudulant scheme where earlier investors are paid with the money taken from new investors). This however does not mean that you can not make nice money with them.

But, in order to succeed you must play by the rules:
1. Get in early, get out in time.
2. Never invest more than you are comfortable to loose.
3. Never put all your money in one program, no matter how good it looks to you.
4. Do not get emotional, do not fall for sweet stories full of hype or lame excuses from admins. Think straight, do your maths, visit forums but beware of paid posters, don't trust Monitors.
5. Never keep large sums in any Payment Processor, no matter how good reputation they may have. Use more than one.
