This program is amazing - it is online for over a year now, had few hickups but everything was sorted out extremely efficiently. They have also a loan section so perhaps that could be considered as outside income. Lately picking up on popularity. I consider this one medium risk.

According to my personal experience - by far the best. As a free member you earn 4c per day (without referrals), 1c per click, first time min. cashout is $2 (grows by $1 thereafter). Payments are instant for free and upgraded members alike (which is not the case in other PTCs that claim to pay instantly - they only pay upgraded members instantly, and mostly they only pay upgraded members - free members usually only can redeem for ads).

Very reliable, I've been member for years now. Paying promptly, min. cashout is $2 and they are paying 3 times during the month. You get paid 0.5c per click and 1c per paid email. Number of ads is variable, ranging from 1 to 6 or more for PTC. Mails are rather scarse, not sent on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, that is not true. Instant pay has been disabled. When you click on "Standard payout" you will see this: "You must purchase something on the site before getting paid."

Therefore, they are misleading their membership: not only free members do not get paid instantly, they DO NOT GET PAID AT ALL! Free members can only redeem for ads.

But that is not all. On Feb. 1st TOS changed. Here is how they made the announcement (without bothering to mention disabled instant pay and inability for free members to cashout:

Hello members,

If you are a standard member and have not clicked within the last 24 hours your balance has been zeroed out. We have a cron job now that zeroes out balances every single day you must be able to click at least 1 ad a day in order to not have your balance zeroed out. Only way to avoid that is to upgrade.

I have now extended the upgrade to 365 days was 30 days for limited time.

Good day to all of you! This is a VERY IMPORTANT email and I want you to read this in it's entirety.

We celebrated our 5th month anniversary yesterday and I want to thank you all for the support you have shown me throughout these past five months. Know that in the coming months I have nothing but great intentions for this program and I will do my best to keep it that way. With that said, I have some GREAT NEWS for all of you. What I'm about to announce is truly a FIRST in this industry! I cannot think of any other programs who've done this before. Well, here it is:

'MERGER' - Both Aggero Investment (AI) and Premium Ads Club (PAC) are merging to a certain extent. Allow me to explain. I and the two PAC admins, Karen and Aisha, will be combining our resources to run both programs (and Scotia Ads), all three of us within different capacities. The PAC admins will be handling most of the admin duties and I will be handling support as always, as well as the future exchanger project.

I truly view this merger as a positive move forward for Aggero and you, our members. I'm hoping that all of you trust my judgment and know that I only want good things for this program. This will serve to strengthen both programs as resources can now be shared for the common good of both memberships and I know that in the near future you'll begin to see all of the benefits this will bring to you. The possibilities of earnings here are endless and the future is bright.

Both AI and PAC will remain separate entities. You will still log-in to your AI account as always. All changes will happen in the background so you do not have to worry about any changes to how interface or utilize the AI site. If there's going to be any changes that will involve/affect you, the members, then you will hear from us directly. You might receive news about PAC once in a while, even if you are not a member there, especially if it affects you as a member of AI.

As a reminder, I've been heavily promoting PAC for a long time now and this was based on my relationship with them and the knowledge that they're a stable and powerful company. When I said that I look forward when I plan, I really mean it as it's important in any business to continue to focus on the future while maintaining a well balanced company in the present. When I had told you in the past to THINK POSITIVE, I cannot emphasize that enough at this moment with this merger. I see many positive benefits to this merger and see absolutely no negatives both from a company and a membership standpoint. This might have come as a little bit of a shock, but I know that you'll very quickly see the big picture we have planned for both programs. You can now sleep well at night knowing that your hard-earned money is HERE TO STAY and EARNING without any worries.

As some of you will have already read, the admins of PAC, SA and Aggeroinvestment have been having a little get together. :)

The outcome is that all 3 programs are now being run under the same people. I know what you are thinking.. 'Oh wow, how does that affect me?' Well I'm glad to say it won't in the slightest. There will be no, I repeat NO changes to any of the programs and each one will be run independently from the others. We are not expecting any member to have to join all or any of the other programs you aren't currently in.

The only differences will go on behind the scenes. By having these 3 surfs under the same management we feel we have something that will suit most member's taste and will make us much stronger at the core. Roger will be running the exchanger now and if he is half as good as he was with Aggero you know it's going to be the best exchanger ever! :D

Ok, a few updates and reminders.

Scotia Ads: Some of you are members here. It's still being worked on but I'm only giving the host one more day then I'm going elsewhere. Enough time has been wasted and it needs to be up and running for payouts on the 1st. Surf holidays will continue till it is back online. Please pass this to anyone you know who is a member.
